This novel is set in Neosho, a small town in Southwestern Missouri. It’s about a deputy Sheriff named Jake Wells, who is on patrol one evening and finds his granddaughter in a state of semi-dissolvement. He is distraught about her condition, but he must find out who did the terrible deed and bring them to justice. The story introduces Ron O’Malley, a Detective from New York City, who along with Jake Wells and an excellent team of doctors must try to save Julie Ann’s life. The story is a sci-fi mystery that has all the elements for a good drama: love, hate, humor and suspense.
